New condition and not decorated merchandise can be exchanged within 30 days. Please use the contact us section or call us at

- Body basics such as sports bra's and spandex shorts cannot be returned, due to health reasons, unless deemed a manufacturer defect.
- Custom made or custom decorated merchandise is not returnable.
- Worn/used, stained merchandise is not returnable.
- Original shipping fees are not returnable.
- Return shipping fees are not returnable.
- Please allow approx. one week to process the exchange.
- If a debit and credit card was used, refunds if necessary will be credited to the original card used.
- If a school purchase order was used, refunds will be credit back to the school’s account/purchase order used.
Defective items may be exchanged only for the exact same item within 60 days (proof of purchase is required). Merchandise must be shipped via a traceable method (USPS, UPS, FedEx) to Epic Gear (address above). Defective items are subject to inspection and verification that they are indeed defective before the exchange is processed. Epic Gear reserves the right to have the option to put the item into alterations instead of replace the items. Epic Gear is responsible for shipping the replacement/altered item to you per your original shipping method selected.
